The service

OMB Gas Service is an app that helps you fill in and produce paperwork and invoices. It is a tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for carrying out the work properly, and for holding the right qualifications and registrations. We are not the Gas Safe Register and are not affiliated with it.

Free trial and price

New accounts get 14 days free. After that the price is £15 a month, taken by card through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops future payments. We do not refund part months unless required by law.

If your subscription ends

You can still view, download and export your records. You cannot create or change records until you subscribe again.

Your data

Your records belong to you. Make backups regularly using the Backup feature. See our privacy page for how data is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or try to break or misuse the service.

Liability

We aim to keep the app working but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including loss of data or business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
